It was good, but not excellent
The hotel was nice overall very cozy, the conference areas were nice too and the people working there were also very nice and welcoming.
However, the cleanliness could have been a lot better! There were a lot of hair on the bathroom floor and quite a lot of spots here and there (especially in the bathroom) there was also a big stain on one of the covers in the bed, it was blocked by the pillows on the bed so I didn’t see it until I lifted them to make sure I hadn’t accidentally put some stuff on that side of the bed before checkout.

Excellent value for money and superb location
The staff at First Hotel Grand Falun are exceptional and friendly. Always greeted with a smile and would go out of their way to help with any and all requests. The breakfast buffet was excellent and again the staff during service were helpful and friendly.
